Description

The angle between the halyard and the forestay must be at least 10°. If the angle is less than 10°, the halyard may wrap around the luff extrusion when the sail is being furled, possibly damaging the halyard and the luff extrusion. Failure to observe what is happening in this situation may even result in damage to the forestay wire.

Before installing the Furlex on the boat, make sure that the 10–15° requirement is fulfilled. On new Seldén masts this is usually not an issue but on older masts – or masts of other brands – it may be necessary to fit halyard leads.

All our prices on the website are in NZD including 15%GST. Export orders and visiting Yachts with TIE are exempt from GST.

INSURANCE

All goods will be shipped covered by the Carrier’s standard insurance cover. We will help arrange further insurance cover if required.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with the product purchased from Sailutions Ltd, the item may be returned after receiving return authorization, within 30 days of purchase. We will replace, exchange, or credit the items. We do ask that the item be returned in the same condition as received with all of the original paperwork. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No returns
are accepted on used items, items that are not in original condition or packaging.
